[MilCom] MERGER callsign

 Earlier today 1210 -1230 local on tape on unknown UHF "Com 1" and they gave 
VHF 127.270 as"Com 3"
 flt of 4 callsign MERGER 1,2 and MERGER 41,42.
 They were holding at Waterloo then mentioned they could hold over Atlantic 
City and make a 15 minute run also.
 Was wondering if these were aircraft possibly practicing flyover for 
Army-Navy game Saturday in Philadelphia.
