BIG FOOT continues to answer the odd (weekly?) call to SIERRA PETE. 
They seem to do it in the same way that OAKLAND CENTER will answer for 
calls to LA CENTER on occasion; it goes like this:

p1: SIERRA PETE, this is REACH XYZ
p2: REACH XYZ, this is BIG FOOT, go ahead
p1: uh, BIG FOOT, REACH XYZ ... looking for P&I checks
p2: REACH XYZ, stand by

[ ... ]

You're saying that the OAK GROVE controllers are just trying to make a 
point?
