[MilCom] in flight refueling question

The answer would definitely be a yes. I asked one of
the AL ANG tanker pilots a while back when they
stopped in the FBO and he said the tanker can use it
all or dispense it all. Which they wouldn't do the
latter, but it all comes from the same area so it can
be done.
