[MilCom] Eagle Eyes Program Voluntary Patrols?

So are many of you performing voluntary patrols at your local AF/AFR/ANG 
base's perimeter and/or approach/departure zones under the AFOSI's Eagle 
Eyes Program?

Monitor your scanner, watch the action, watch FOR suspicious action, etc....

What a great way to have "on scene" / "near scene" hobby fun and yet 
contribute in assisting the military base with its' security!!!!!!
