CORRECTION -- [MilCom] dc cap

TOWER should have read ATC


Caught __TOWER__ calling TANKER 06 RTB assumed. I couldn't hear the tanker
side and not sure if there was a comm problem because ATC kept calling
him and on GUARD freq as well.
