[MilCom] Coil 01 southbound to Homestead

It is Wed, 9:27am EST (1427z).
  "Coil 01" (F-15, FL-ANG 125FW Jacksonville IAP) is headed to  Homestead 
ARB, now passing through central Florida.  He is up with Miami  Ctr's 239.25.
  Says he is "unable VHF," so at least some of the FL-ANG F-15s still  are 
not outfitted with the new radios.
