1819z PUERTO RICO having ____395 standby. 
1820z ANDREWS with 40 charater SKYKING message.
1823z ____395 w/PUERTO RICO requesting phone patch to ???. "394 still on ground" is all I could hear.
 
Moved into an Appartment recently so the combination of not so great antenna setup and interference from other sources is affecting decent catches.
