[MilCom] Bolt 22 experiencing problems

It is 12:58pm EST (1758z).
  MacDill AFB KC-135 "Bolt 22" just experienced a fuel pressure surge  during 
takeoff.  They are up with MacDill's Lightning Ops on 311.0 trying  to get a 
phone patch to DIP (?) to discuss the matter. They are going throught  the 
checklist for the problem.
