[MilCom] Cardfile 711 wkg "Fiddle" on 285.0

P-3C "Cardfile 711" has been working today, and has been in  comms with NAS 
Jacksonville's TSC "Fiddle" on 285.0.
   Timing of the comms makes me think "Cardfile 711" may be  "Madfox 09."
