[MilCom] CG Sta Ft Pierce 157.05 clear and encrypted

It is Sun, 8:00pm EST (Mon 0100z).
  Station Ft Pierce came up on 157.05 and IDd in the clear; then  short 
encrypted comms.
  This has been happening several times a week or so.
