[MilCom] B-1 Bomber "Reaper 12" in MacDill skies

It is Sun, 11:46am EST (1646z).
  My guess is that a Dyess B-1 is preparing to do a flyover soon over  the 
last NASCAR race of the season at Homestead.
  I have been listening to "REAPER 12" heading into the area. He was  just up 
on 307.25 talking about the Wizard 3 Arrival (near MacDill) and then  said he 
would hold south of MacDill. You can hear his wonderful radio over the  
entire state, maybe further.
