[MilCom] Cobra 27 flying Cape Tour

It is Sat, 3:16pm EST (2016z).
  After about an hour in the pattern here at Patrick AFB, Offutt  TC-135W 
62-4127 "Cobra 27" departed to NASA-KSC Shuttle Landing  Facility for a "Cape 
Tour," which is a low approach over the Shuttle  Runway. He is now up on SLF Twr 
128.55.
  Cobra 27 does not nearly have as many antennas as Topcat 25 did the  other 
day.
