Joe and all,

I believe they are part of the AR that Happy 61 is conducting on AR-216 
(276.5). Just had an emergency breakaway and they are in their post AR 
routine. We have a ton of stuff over here this am including a pot load of 
USA helo ops in the area (several have buzzed the house this morning).

I believe they are the activity I am hearing on 254.300 (ATL ARTCC 
Crossville RCAG).
