[MilCom] SEADS Ends Operations

So if I read this correctly, OAK GROVE no longer exists
and HUNTRESS (NEADS) has picked up the SEADS area, and then some.

This change could explain the comms from the other day with KING
77 and KING OPS regarding HUNTRESS attempting to contact KING 77
via ATC messages for a comm check request.
