King 15 has just requested clearance "back to Moody AFB." I  guess that 
explains the FT on his tail. He is a Moody bird using "King  callsign," not a Pope 
bird.
   Moody's 347W has taken on the designation 23W that was  previously at Pope 
AFB. So it looks like they have taken on the Pope FT  tail code in lieu of 
the Moody MY tail code.
   Mystery solved.
   Now, at 1:33pm EST (1833z), King 15 is lifting off from  Patrick.

C-130 "King 15" just landed at Patrick  AFB. It is a Pope AFB bird,  at 
least the tail insignia clearly  visible on my photo is "FT."  Never  heard a 
Pope 
130 use the  King callsign before.
