[MilCom] Pope AFB C-130 "King 15"

It is Fri, 12:51pm EST (1751z).
  C-130 "King 15" just landed at Patrick AFB. It is a Pope AFB bird,  at 
least the tail insignia clearly visible on my photo is "FT."  Never  heard a Pope 
130 use the King callsign before.
