[MilCom] RC-135W heading to MacDill; Heads up

It is Thu, 4:03pm EST (2103z).
  After about an hour of pattern work here at Patrick AFB, Offutt 55W  38RS 
RC-135W #62-4125 is en route to MacDill AFB. He is using the callsign  "Topcat 
25."  Not many of these River Joint acft around, so try to get a  look at him; 
you can tell him by the distinctive long black nose and the myriad  of 
antennas on every surface of the airplane.
  He is using VHF ATC freqs. Also is up on 311.0 with MacDill's  Lightning 
Ops at the moment, announcing his ETA.
