[MilCom] Astronaut comms

It is Thu, 9:55am EST (1455z).
   Several NASA T-38 flights are arriving at the Shuttle Landing  Facility at 
the moment.  
   NASA 963 attempted to contact the SLF Tower on its UHF freq  284.0 when 
the aircraft crossed the the Gulf coastline.  But instead of  being tuned to 
284.0, 963 was up on 235.4, so he got some good natured ribbing,  like when an 
airline pilot's comms with the passengers goes out over the ATC  freq.
   NASA 923 is also among the aircraft in this flight. 923 is a  YL who used 
the nickname "Pambo" for herself or for one of the other  astronauts.
