[MilCom] GOLD 01 with Mazda 51 flight

Thnx for MAZDA c/s .... no one actually said it while
I was listening.

I only heard GOLD 01 on NY RADIO 129.9, but I heard
GOLD 03 on 135.8 ZBW ERICK33 & on 128.75 ZBW CAPE18.

MAZDA was using 138.15 for A2A.

They were blocking pretty high due to WX.  I think
they were between FL290-310 for AR, and actually
climbed up to 310-330 when headed to ACK.
