[MilCom] 11.175 Wierdness (HF)

   It doesn't make any sense that two independent transmitters would both
   jump  in frequency.  Now, if we were a lot of yearws back, in the days
   of  frequency  division  multiplex  systems  (FDM) on the microwave or
   cable  systems, I might consider these two transmitters could fed with
   the  same  audio and somewhere in the common audio path, an FDM system
   was not frequency locked on a path. 

   There  just isn't much FDM gear left with the common carriers, I don't
   think, so that problem would not be the cause.
