[MilCom] Poison 81 inbound Cecil

It is Sat, 12:50pm EST (1750z).
   Moments ago, "Poison 81" a flight of two T-38s from Columbus  AFB's 14FTW, 
executed a single low pass over Patrick AFB, and then headed north  to Cecil 
Field (now called Cecil Commercial Ctr).
   Handoff sequence was interesting. Coming in the Miami Ctr ATC  handed them 
off to 124.1 (non in use since 2002), then he gave them the UHF  340.9 (which 
went away in 1999 when Patrick gave up its RAPCON); finally he  handed them 
to Orlando's 281.425 which is used for approaching Patrick these  days.
   Anyhow, Poison 81, after their low approach, the Patrick Tower  (269.375) 
properly handed them to 281.425 (Miami Ctr), then they went to 307.0  (Orlando 
Appr) and then 273.55 (Jax Ctr), now on 377.05 (Jax  Appr) requesting direct 
Cecil.
