[MilCom] More on flight tests on 123.325

The acft IDing as "PC" is N146PC, which is a Pilatus PC-12/45  owned by 
Lockheed Martin. This aircraft landed at Patrick AFB in Nov 2004.
   Not sure what they are testing on the aircraft, but the ground  station is 
tracking them as they follow a prescribed track.  Moments ago he  informed 
the ground that he has three hours remaining on station.

It is Fri, 10:50am  EST (1550z).
"PC" is in comms with "Base" on 123.325 regarding flight  test. About to 
begin "our first run."
"After three weeks of  coordination, ATC decided not to accept us at IFR, so 
we are going up to 15,000  ft."
