[MilCom] HELP PLEASE NEAR DOBBINS!!!!

My memory may be totally wrong (not the first time...) but I thought at one point the test C-5 that they were using at Lockheed was also using the Arris callsign.  Maybe Adam can fill in from what he gets on the scanner.
