[MilCom] Re: JSTARS "Wizard" with "Terra 5" on 231.75 MHz

Turns out that the testing was not beginning; it was  ending.
Moments after I heard the Wizard comms I posted, I heard  
"JSTARS 03" come up on Melbourne's Twr freq 118.2 and  announce
inbound.
