[MilCom] JSTARS "Wizard" with "Terra 5" on 231.75 MHz

It is Tue, 11:44pm EST (Wed, 0444z).
  JSTARS "Wizard" has just begun comms with Northrop Grumman  JSTARS ground 
station "Terra 5" on 231.75. Late hour to begin testing; but I  will sit on the 
freq for a while.
