[MilCom] Winchester 303.000

 Earlier 2035z heard unid 2123 go A/A with 999 on Winchester freq 303.000.
   2123 wanted to pass on ranges,courses,freqs etc and asked 999 if Green
 Com capable.
 999 female op says only HF capable to recieve Green Coms.
 They switch to HF Green,I wasn't in room at time.
 After switch back to Winchester fading fast,2123 says we will see you on 
deck!
