[MilCom] C-17A Palm 19 comms with tanker

It is Mon, 6:19pm EST (2319z).
 
Charleston AFB C-17A "Palm 19" is up with Miami Ctr on 119.825. He is at  
FL260. He is headed for Refueling Track AR-202 where he will rendezvous  with a 
tanker that has been sent north. Says the tanker  is coordinating to return to 
the south end of the AR track. They will  then follow the track northward 
during the AAR.
 
Palm 19 is also up with the tanker on 327.6. Tanker says he might have to  
enter the track from north, meet Palm 19 near Savannah and then both will head  
north.
