[MilCom] Passbook 65 up on 8971 kHz USB

It is Sat, 1:18pm EST (1818z).
  P-3C "Passbook 65" has been up repeatedly on 8971 kHz USB today,  with both 
TSCs Fiddle and Goldenhawk.
 
8971.0 Passbook 65 (P-3C) 1815z USB w Goldenhawk (TSC Brunswick) passing  
Spares Group message; is unable to have comms with Giantkiller so rqsts  
Goldenhawk relay Spares Group msg to Giantkiller. (04/Nov/2006)  (ALS).
