[MilCom] REITERATE, UPPERCUT, HOMEWRECK on 8992

REITERATE, UPPERCUT, & HOMEWRECK (sounds like) all sending EAMs on
8992 for about the last 15 minutes.  All three have passed EAMs and
then called for traffic.  Have been monitored on 11175 as well.
