Hello Steve,

    There are a couple of F-15's conducting ground attack exercises at
FT SILL (SW Oklahoma) here on the east artillery range as well as some
exercises at Falcon Range (USAFR) which is a part of FT SILL's west
ranges.  I've heard the OSCAR call being used by AWACS out of Tinker
(OKC) when they are coordinating the traffic for the exercises here and
exercises for Altus AFB (sometimes at the same time).  I've not been
listening today, but I'd be willing to bet you're hearing the big bird
in charge doing a commo test.
