[MilCom] Lifter 82 should AAR in Savannah area tonight

It is Wed, 9:24pm EST (Thu 0224z).
  Those in GA might be hearing Lifter 82 AARing.  Earlier tonight  I heard 
him on 327.6 in air-air comms with a tanker, callsign ____ 99. They were  
talking about the tanker arranging a random AAR in the Savannah area.
