[MilCom] Copper 01 inbound Volk Field WI (11175.0 kHz USB)

It is Wed, 12:23pm EST (1723z).
   KC-135 "Copper 01" is in comms with "Sky Harbor Ctrl" via  phone patch 
(DSN 853-9071) made through Andrews on 11175.0 kHz USB. Copper 01  says they had 
some of their receivers cancel near Albuquerque so want schedulers  to find 
receivers willing to take fuel between Albuquerque and Wisconsin so they  will 
not have to get a waiver to land over-weight at Volk Field WI.
