Other replies I've received seem to indicate that this was most likely a
harmonic.  The automated voice ID'd the transmission as coming from the
Pottstown Limerick Airport.

Yeah, every private reply I've received indicated that the motorcades are flown
in a day or two ahead of time on large transport planes and then driven to
their staging areas.  It would be odd to see one of those bullet proof limos
moving from A to B with nobody inside.  Of course, this begs the question "how
many motorcades are there?" since two were used for the Philly area visit.
