[MilCom] T-Birds at Cannon AFB

Note from Cannon AFB airshow on Saturday May 27, confirmed solos were using 322.95 and diamond on 141.85. Just prior to take-off and during the landing some sort of data link transmitting was observed on 143.85. Anybody know what that is?
