No the helos do not carry motorcade,C-17 carry in the
motorcade ahead of time,usually a  day before the
scheduled visit,but depends on the circumstances.ALso
there are always mutiple helos for security
reasons,some may carry assigned security personal and
again as KEN mentioned so you wont know exactly which
one is carrying the president for security reasons.
