There was a SJ F-15E on display at the ADW air show last week.  I
looked inside and noticed one UHF only and one VHF/UHF radio.  The pilot told all F-15s
are now fitted that way do to operation "Noble Eagle".  This is so they can talk to
civilian a/c when flying CAP.  However, not all F-15s have VHF capability quite yet.
(including his a/c) They are still waiting to be fitted with VHF antennas.
