Customs aircraft en route to Gitmo

It is 12:15am EDT (1615z).
  Two Customs aircraft just departed "Jackpot" (Jacksonville) and are  on 
their way to Guantanamo Bay. 
  Omaha 16Q (PA-42 N9116Q) and Omaha 9142B (PA-42 N9142B) are up  on 282.425 
in comms with Hammer (YL) who is inquiring as to the status of their  
clearances to enter that area. Their response is that they have PPRs.
  The two aircraft are also in air-air comms on 136.375, where they ID  each 
other by first names.
  They were also up with Jax Ctr ATC on 126.35, and  were handed off to Miami 
Ctr's 126.95, and then to Miami's 132.15. 42B  is identifying to the ATC as 
"Cheyenne 9142B." 16Q IDs as "N9116Q."
