Interesting exchange between TAZZ 71 (KC-135R, 145 ARS/121 ARW) and GRITS 37 during AR. When making approach GRITS 37 turns off autopilot and aircraft apparently makes a radical maneuver that nearly results in a collision. GRITS pilot says he has been flying that type for 13 years and never experienced this then they move on with an "Everybody take a deep breath". They seem to believe it is a trim problem. After fueling they go direct Charleston
