[MilCom] Sniper 12 (F-5E) en route NAS Key West

It is 1:20pm EDT (1720z).
  After stopping into Patrick AFB as a fuel-IFE due to wx deviation,  F-5E 
"Sniper 12" has just departed Patrick heading to NAS Key West. He executed  a 
wonderful soaring climb, seeming almost vertical.
  Handoff sequence is:
269.375 > 281.425 > 254.25 > 293.225 > 319.0 >  285.5 > 380.3
  When the 380.3 ATC warned him about traffic he said "That is my  squadron 
so I can go MARSA with them."
