I was able to listen to the Philly CAP for a little while between work and
dinner (around 1800 local.) POTUS was in Limerick, PA (nuclear plant)
earlier today for an energy speech and then off to center city Philly for an 
evening
fundraiser. Active freqs during this listening session were:

320.600
260.900 (most heavily used - Huntress and Cosmic (NJ ANG))
139.875
303.000

Also quite a bit of traffic at the time on McGuire's CP freq. 319.400, may
or may not have been CAP related.
