[MilCom] NAS Oceana The Pentagon has rejected VA Beach plan

Ok this is NOT a YES that NAS Oceana
will close Florida has till Dec,31 to
say if Cecil Field wants the jets from
Oceana.First they have to buy out Cecil Field,
move out all tentents,Make sure that there 
is base housing and Stop any encroachment
around the field which I doubt going to happen 
in the next 6 1/2 months.The choice to came 
down to 1 thing that VA Beach wont condemning
home/business it the crash zones areas All 5 
of the other conditions from BRAC were 100%
met that 1 point made them reject there
plan.So it now all comes down to what FL
going to do with Cecil Field.In the news
briefing Gov Kaine,Senator John Warner
and the mayor of VA Beach plan to keep
fighting to save NAS Oceana but they
will not go as far as condemning homes
