[MilCom] Selfridge ANGB Fatal Security Incident

Forgot to post this last week (5/18/06) BUT according to the associated 
press here's an incident that happen at Selfridge ANGB, Michigan:    "Man 
killed after speeding past air base security"

Apparently this was a second incident in two months that occurred at the 
base.

Grove's "Military Frequency Directory", 2nd edition shows security nets 
operate in the 163.XXXX/165.XXXX bands.
Did anyone monitor the action? or are the security nets now encrypted?
