[MilCom] Andrews looking for Petro 41 and Reach 495 (11175 kHz USB)

It is 1:25pm EDT (1725z).
   A short while ago Offutt was attempting to reach Petro 41 on  11175.
   Now Andrews is making an "all frequency" call to Petro 41 to  contact any 
station on 11175.  That was followed by another "all frequency"  call to Reach 
495, with the same instruction.
