[MilCom] Army National Guard Border Patrol News Segment

Last night ABC network's "Nightline" had a segement on the New Mexico Army 
national guard unit that patrols the border.   The UH 60 with FLIR  & spot 
light capabilitiy was using the callsign "LOBO 13".  Additionally the showed 
the inside of a specialized aircraft that had electronic surveilliance gear 
that could easily see features of individuals 2 to 3 miles away.  They could 
not show the outside of the aircraft.  Can we assume that this is one of the 
DASH 7 (RC 7) or is an RC 12?

Additionally the news segment indicated that the RPV "Raven" would also be 
used in border patrols.
