Hello Bill & the group:

Would be interesting to see a posting if anyone is finding any additional 
VHF highband freqs in use.  I would think that the portables w/ts' are 
operating in the 138-144, 148-150.8 mhz band.  I'd guess the many of the 
Military Police humvees are probably operating in the military bands 30-50 
mhz, and not necessarily on one of the state low band VHF repeaters which 
may be limited to the various unit(s) deployed command posts/operations 
centers.. So again anyone with "signal stalking"/"close capture" technology 
might be luckly.

I know that the Westfield Armory sent 15 MP humvees into Eastern MA 
yesterday.
