  While monitoring NASA-KSC and Cape Canaveral AFS ground comms today  I 
heard discussion of a "small weather satellite" that was to launch this  morning. 
The launch hazard area extends only 8 miles offshore and the USCG says  it 
needs Range Control for only the area
in the immediate vicinity of the launch pads.
  The cutoff time for the launch window was 1200pm EDT (1600z), but  well in 
advance of that (10:45am EDT) the launch was scrubbed until  tomorrow.  Usual 
turnaround times are 24-hours, so look for the launch in  the morning.
