Hi Mike,

According to another list, the first tankers were heard requesting clearance back to Pittsburgh, so probably were 171st ARW Pittsburgh IAP machines.

Best regards,

Tony

until, I think, 1830Z this Sunday.

They are becoming more numerous; each time the Prez goes to Camp David, you are
almost sure to have one. The special use website is a great place to pick up
when this is going to happen.

Anyway, from another list, a quick summary - the active group for the fighters
are indeed from Shaw
79th, as Tony mentioned previously. I think the Tankers are coming from Seymour
Johnson, but don't quote me on that...

135.525 Tanker clearances via 'Guard Dog' (it's too early for me to pick out who
Guard Dog is...anyone?)
260.9 Huntress CAP coordination
324.0 Refueling Boom freq
141.6 being used for chit chat (I heard this easily last night on a 2004 with a
preamp and indoor antenna)
288.35 Not being heard very much right now, but sometimes used by a/c
coordinating with 'Guard Dog'

Note that 135.525 is shared with a Falls Church Washington ARTCC site, so you
will hear commercial a/c from time to time. 73s Mike
