[MilCom] Hanoi Taxi last flight

Carrying callsign Starlifter 01, C-141 66-0177, known as the Hanoi Taxi  made 
four passes over the NMUSAF before landing at 0930 local to be retired to  
the museum.  Indeed, this was the last official flight of a 141.
