King 84 (#50984): PJ drops over CCAFS Skid Strip

It is 1:16pm EDT (1716z).
  C-130 King 84 has been operating over Cape Canaveral AFS's Skid  Strip 
doing PJ drops. YHe is in comms with ground PJ retrieval personnel  "Gondola 
Charlie" on 251.9.  Also comms with CCAFS twr on 118.625, and  occasional comms 
with Patrick Rescue Ops via 321.0. Also speaks with Cape  Control on 264.8.
  Now he says he has developed some sort of problem and must land on  CCAFS 
Rnwy 31.
  King 84 has been at Patrick for a couple of weeks and acts as if he  is a 
newly acquired 920RQW bird; I am trying to confirm that. His tail  number is 
50984.
