[MilCom] hagar 70 stuck mike

121.500 and 243.000  Harrisburg approach calling Hagar 70 for New York Center.
	telling them they have a stuck mike on freq 133.125

121.500  heard a/c saying they were over Lancaster Pa. and that they have a 
stuck mike, this was before Harrisburg started calling them.

heard nothing after this.
